I am back

My few readers had been wondering where I had disappeared for a while. Everybody asked me the same question; “Where have you been?”. Well, I am answering to all of my dear friends in this post. Everyone’s dear to me. Your comments inspire me to write more. I thank you all for that. I am not good, I know it myself, but I am trying. And I am glad you accept my mistakes and my words as I put them. Thank you all.

Now, where have I been? World’s small, too small. There’s hardly any place to hide. But then why did you not see me if the world’s small?. My friends, I am small, very small. I am a dot on the face of the earth. I am a mere speck of sand in the dessert storm. You will miss me here and there, but you will find me again.I am that one particle playing it’s own little role in contributing to the massive dessert.

Could it have been work that kept me busy? Yes, work played it’s part. Work never ceases its oppression on me. I try to finish up everything before I go to bed, and tomorrow again, it starts all over. I tried taking it all in a gulp, I tried pushing it aside, I fooled around it, I did anything I could possibly think of, it never ceases. That, I guess, you understand is work.

Time, oh another one there. It never permits me to do anything! If I am not doing anything, anything at all, I try to be lazy. Yet again, time won’t permit me to do that too.

I haven’t seen my neighbor in ages! And a lot of friends. I don’t think they miss me. They did not show the signs yet. I have a basket of laundry that I had been pushing from side to side. One day it’s going to collect mold and I will have to waste more time in dumping it. I might have to cut my expenses too, because I need a new pair of jeans.

No, I haven’t been completely isolated. I am not a hermit. I work and I play. Hey, I met some new friends too. I met a beautiful girl. I like her bouncy feet and smiling face. She sings too! And guess what? She had a great bunch of friends! Well, I did not really have all that time to go bouncing and smiling. Like I said, I was working and playing. I sneaked in and out of work for play. I am thinking I should meet her again. I have a few plans up in my head. Let’s not go there yet.

My Phone- That’s the greatest enemy here. Every time it buzzes, it has one message; ‘You have got work and not Time!” I don’t know why the two don’t come together on me. Wait, I am going to be a Bishop (if that’s what it takes) and marry Time and Work. Maybe the future generations would appreciate it, if they do at all. Maybe I should staple them together. Ah, I can use glue too. See? Now I am talking.

wai........Memzumbey it was whole lot of fun. It could have been even more if your phone didn't buzz time to time and you only had time and no work. Nevertheless, you sneaking time to time to make sure we are comfortable was really generous of you. Those two days in Hamtom is rooted deep into our heart and will be engraved forever in our life. Thanks once again.
